An early Thank You
G'day NRS,
I just called your line a few minutes ago, and though things aren't solved yet, I want to extend an early thank you for all you've done so far. I've talked to a lot of people about my situation, but this is the first call I've made that I felt like someone was on my side when even my own family and friends have turned against me. You took me seriously when everyone else either didn't believe or didn't understand. Just wanted to let you know that you've already done so much and I'll definately call back once I make my decision.
