We're thankful you're reaching out for help. You had you reasons for running away from home, and deserve a warm place to stay. It's hard for us to make any specific recommendations without more information about your location, but if you are already staying at your church it could be useful to talk to an adult in charge there and see if they can connect you with somewhere to stay. Otherwise, you can call us at 1-800-RUNAWAY or live chat us (1800runaway.org), or contact Childhelp at 1-800-422-4453 to speak with someone who could find you some options close to you.
Please remember you can reach us directly by calling our 24 hour hotline, 1-800-RUNAWAY (786-2929) or through our Live Chat.

Pls help me tell me what should I plan because I must have to leave, my family is good I don't have any problem with them it's just I want to live alone, not to do anything what other(my family) expectations from me, I am depressed doing what other expect, study what other expect, follow everything what other expect.... I am feeling like I can't breath.... I want to go away from here far away.

Thank you for reaching out to us at the National Runaway Safeline. It sounds like you are in a difficult situation, and we understand it takes courage to reach out for help. The National Runaway Safeline is located in the United States of America (USA). Our knowledge of helpful community-based resources and our understanding of youth in crisis related laws is limited to the USA. If you are located in a country outside of the USA, you can use this link to find a youth helpline in or around your country: https://www.childhelplineinternation...pline-network/.

We hope that by reaching out to a local resource, you are able to get the support you need from an organization that understands the laws and circumstances that affect youth in your country.
