My girlfriend of 3 years left me and I can’t handle it

Me and my girlfriend were together for three years and had a very good relationship. I had already bought her engagement ring and everything. She was my life, and I was very codependent on her. I also have extremely bad separation anxiety. One day she just up and left for no reason (probably for another guy) now that she is gone I can find no peace. I find it hard to eat, sleep, and get out of bed. I’m constantly thinking about her and it makes me so anxious to the point where I vomit. I have tried going to a psychologist and taking antidepressants but it hasn’t helped. I just feel so alone now. She was my only friend and my everything. I can’t live in this pain all the time but I don’t know how to stop it. Several months have passed since our breakup but I just feel worse. Please help.
