  • How am I supposed to tell friends and coworkers that I am on the run

People are starting to give me funny looks all the time and at a certain point I have to tell people that I am not ok. It has gotten to the point that it was making my coworkers visibly uncomfortable. I can only spoonfeed my friends information as the situation develops.

I literally drives me insane to have to keep these thoughts in my head but I need to start telling people or I will scream.
