  • My girlfriends mom.

Me and my girlfriend are both 13 years old. We dated for about 2 months, we met at virtual school, we did zoom meeting's all the time. We were just talking on a regular new years night, at 9:47 PM December 31st, 2021, she suddenly topped talking to me. I was scared out of my ********ing mind, she had been wanting to runaway because she was not happy, she was living with a narcissistic, drunk, irresponsible mother, a step-father the barely even says anything, and a little brother. At least her mother cared about her safety and I'll give her that. On January 1st I saw that she was reading my messages but not responding. I asked her if she was okay, no response, turns out it was her mother reading my messages, I was scared, I could not sleep for 15 days after that. Then on January 16th the police came over and said she was "locked up in a facility getting therapy", as a VERY OVERPROTECTIVE boyfriend, hearing the "locked up" part make me almost go psycho, that made me think she was in danger, but no, she was getting therapy at an impatient therapy hospital. The police officer told me it was "young love" i said "bull********, its love, if its young love then we wouldn't want to spend the rest of our lives together". Then i learned that her mother was trying to get a no-contact order against me, that's basically a restraining order. A no-contact order is only used in criminal cases if the "victim" was being abused. I never even wanted to hurt her, hell, we never even fought over anything, seriously, we never had a single fight. Now her mom thinks that I'm trying to hurt her, her mom is saying that I harass her, that I "want to get a rifle and kill them", honestly, I don't even have rights to own a rifle, and I would never want to kill anyone unless its in self defense of if my family of my girlfriend is being attacked. Now her mom is trying to get ME in jail so my girlfriend can get out of therapy. It's been more than a month since i last saw her, she's not even going to her classes anymore. I cant even make contact with her, i have no idea how she's doing, if she's safe, or anything. I am scared, i love my girlfriend but her mom doesn't care that i do, her mom took her out of virtual school to get her to stop talking to me, her mom as my girlfriend says is "controlling" "drunk" and that she spend money on beer and wines instead of stuff that they need, I'm 13 and I know better than that. All i know is i will see my girlfriend again in the future, but I must wait 5 long, painful, sad, years to see her again, her family is probably going to move by then, that means i really wont get to see the girl i fell in love with again. I just hope she meant what she said to me "I love you, always and forever". She has left a mark on my heart, even if I don't see her again I'll say "I have a girlfriend, I'm waiting for the day I will get to see her again". I tell myself that whenever I hiccup or sneeze, that how I know she is thinking of me. I love her so much that I would go through WWII for her, I would, because I love her, always and forever. Her memory will forever live in my heart, I asked her if she would marry me someday, she said yes, that made me the happiest boy in the world, but now, that probably wont ever happen, she may never be the first girl I kiss, but she will always be the girl that I love most in my life, she has been through hell and back for me. It's about time for me to return the favor, if I have to fight for her i will, I'm not going to let her idiot of a mom stop me and my girlfriend from being happy, I just don't know where to start. "I love you Emma, always and forever"
