Moving out with boyfriend at 17 ?

Hi, I'm 17 years old and I'm doing my apprenticeship as a nurse in switzerland, the last few months me and the director have been having a really hard time and we can't get along,
so I decided to change hospital and continue with my apprenticeship, now that I found another hospital 35 miles away from home(where my boyfriend lives)
we had the idea to move in together. But the problem is my parents don't like my boyfreind that much, how should I tell them i'm moving in with him or what should I do?
