My mom and I fight way to much

It sounds like you have tried talking to her about the issues that you have been having with him, but she is not listening to your concerns. It must be really frustrating to have this man who you don’t even like trying to be a father figure to you. On top of all of this you and your mother’s relationship had been declining resulting in more fighting. We are glad that you were able to talk to us about what you have been experiencing.

You mentioned that you get along with your biological father and you want him to have full custody of you. Have you had a chance to voice this to your father? He might be able to start the legal process of getting custody of you or at least talk to your mother about you coming to stay with him for long periods.

My parents recently got divorced partially because of other issues and partially she was cheating on my dad and wanted to start a public relationship with the guy she was/is with. I absolutely hate this guy and my mom won't listen when I try to tell her about it. She is continuing to see the guy who now stays over at our house when my brother and I are with are dad or friends, he is with us and our family more than he is with his kids, and family. He try's to be a 2nd dad to us and is trying to get us to look up 2/like him more than our biological father who he clearly knows we like much more. they are always texting and my mom has begun to ignore us and put him as a higher priority,even though she dosent like to admit it. We all fight constantly even with or without the guy around. Who is still very prevelent in our life even though I have told him many times to get out of my house and my life. I keep asking my mom to stop talking to him/ seeing him for at least a week or 2 just so we have time to adjust to this new reality which just brings on even more fighting. And I'm at he point where I want my dad to have full custody over me. Please help!!!- annomuys
