Confused

I don't know what to do I'm confused I live with my mom and my two brothers in Puerto Rico my dad and mom divorced when I was little so the point is that I've ran away from home before because of depression , relationship problems , and etc.. it was a whole mess I stayed at my best friends house they found me the next day , well "they" didn't actually find me it was my dads ex girlfriend I told her where I was because I trusted her a lot and she convinced me to go home, but I feel like nothing can convince me now to stay home, When I came back to my house after "the runaway" and did something wrong or argued with my mom she would always mention that I even started cutting my wrists. But you know I would've wish they didn't have found me , I want to run away again but for good I want a foster family to take me in I would even do time in Juvie that's how desperate I am to leave or please help me do something I just hate living with my mom and I've thought about moving in with my dad but.. I don't want to I just want to get away from my FAMILY. I think you should help me I'm even thinking about committing suicide a couple of times.
