I'm scared to leave

I leave with my dad right now but I want to leave with my mom I am 13 when I'm with my dad he doesn't really let me see my family he says its just me and you sometimes even get mad when I came back from my moms home he tells me lies about my mom tries to make my mom look bad he want's buy me things say ask your mom he tried to make me work so he can use the money I make for rent money he yelled at me when I went to my sister house I'm scared to leave because All my stuff is here and know when I leave I won't be able to come back because he dont even want people to know where he lives and he won't let me leave willing so I would be a big deal probably cops and everything But I do want to see my dad again even tho I made him look bad in what I just wrote which he is I still love him

I get hit and choked abt once
every three weeks is it assault/abuse
