My 13 is so disrespectful

My 13 year old son is so disrespectful to women, especially me, and I’m not sure how to discipline him. He calls me a b**** all the time. He doesn’t like to be told what to do and I’m lost at how to discipline him. I’m a single mom and he won’t do any chores, I’ve taken his Xbox away for a day or two but that isn’t working. Can anybody give me advice? Please I’m desperate.
