Moving on after a runaway comes home.

My daughter ran away. She is 16 and wanted to do it on her own with her 19 year old boyfriend. He isn't good for her and is a horrible influence. She was gone for 76 hours and of that claims she was alone for the last 24. She has a habit of constantly lying and I don't trust her... How do I work past this? Her father was going to move her across the US to his town in the middle of nowhere, but she threatened if he did that she would shut down and not accept the help they provided. I changed her school to a different town from the one her boyfriend lives in and she claims that she hasn't spoken with him, but again I don't believe her. What do I do?
