Re: Freaked out by Runaway hotline worker

So you ran away... Theres always issues behind it and unfortunately theyre going to follow you. Im amazed at how people wake up each day and go to work just to pay for a place to sleep. Like the physical place of residence is a key factor to American society, and it is. Fortunately, theres things you can do right now to secure your mentality and balance of person (while this thing of running away is still present). First of all there are people that need to know: family, friends, people with money ect... At some point in the future you can bring the issues that made you decide to run away up but now isnt the time, and I encourage you to do it on your own terms, pereferrably when your heart and mind are in sync. If youve made mistakes yourself then its very important to work at these first steps before you evaluate further, and determine not to let the same mistakes happen twice. The second step is to let people know that youre taking whatever steps are needed to secure your future. If that fails to provoke an immediate response dont faint, those people dont have the strength or wisdom you need. Ultimately, whatever action youve taken in the past needs to be brought to someone with the wisdom to help you. Start by asking people for the resources you need. This defys emotion, and so people are forced to take action. I believe that it is important not to get hung up (as this is a key to running away) and dont let them get hung up either. Your next step is to think clearly...eventually you will be able to speak clearly to the diversity that impoverishes people who dont think before they act. Then you can see where the true fowls lay. Next eat some good food. Owe it to www.salvationarmy.com. Sincere regards, Rustin.
