Can a 16 year old move out legally with parental permission in New york

Until you turn 18 your parents have control in where you live and are legall responsible for you. I live in Massachusetts But if I’m legally Allowed I want to move to New York State my parents have already offered to pay for it all even buy me a small house so I have their permission
to move out but I want to know if it’s legal to move out at 16 or 17 years old Does anyone know if it’s legal with parental permission?
