Drugs in home

I have my boyfriend living with me. He moved in my home 2 years ago. He started selling drugs and my house was raided due to him selling drugs. I have a 12 year old daughter that is living with me and dont want anymore drugs in the home. He refuses and threatens me that if I call the cops he would say they are all mine so then I would go to jail. We are fighting f constantly and he refuses to leave my house. My daughter is now starting to cut herself and already tried suicide. How can I get him out the quickest way without me to face any charges due to him. Hiding drugs thru out my house so I get the charges? What do Ii do???
