My dad wants to move but I don’t want to

My dad wants to move from Washington to North Carolina, I don’t want to go with Bc my home life with my dad is horrible, my mom is still here in Washington but we don’t talk anymore and she wouldn’t want me moving in. I wanted to talk to my sister about becoming my legal guardian( I’m 16 shes 22) because she wants to stay in Washington. Is she allowed to do that with or without my dads concent?

It may be beneficial to speak with your sister directly about your desire to live with her. Sometimes custody transfers will need to go through the family court system and it may be beneficial to speak with a legal advocate.
