Leaving cause my sister sells drugs.

I'm only 16 years of age, and I left home because my sister is trying to force me to stay in a place where she sells, and carries multiple items of drugs. Uses me to watch her kids, clean her house, etc. She has tried to accuse me of seducing her "boyfriend" and is never there. So basically I got tired of it, and left. So legally what can she do since I left home? Legally she doesn't have custody no one does. I've had a back to back custody battle, and placement home situation.
