Contemplating running away...

I want to run away...

I'm 14 and live in the UK, I recently moved from Wales to Scotland and hate it here, the education system is different, I don't know anyone, my mental health issues have gotten worse, I'm not close to other family members (my grandma, cousin ect.), my "house" is tiny and alot more, I want to go back to Wales and live with my closest friend their family is so kind to me and their house is tidy;

I just don't want to get anyone in trouble, I'm aware that 'harbouring a runaway' is an offence, if I were to run away and it got taken to court is there anyway I could make sure that a lawsuit couldn't be charged?

(Also my home life isn't the worst, I constantly argue with my mum so I just stay in my room because i can't be bothered with her)
