Hey im 17 and I want to move in with my girlfriend if I move out without my perents permission and they called the cops would the cops still take me home if im 5 months from being 18???

Thanks for contacting us. We aren't exactly legal experts here so we don't know what will happen if you move out without parent permission. Since you are under 18 there is a chance that the police can take you back home but we can't say for sure. You could try calling non emergency police and ask them what the age of being a legal adult is in your state. You could also ask them how they handle 17 year old runaway cases.
