I want to live with my boyfriend

Because of your age, there is a chance that if you were to leave home without permission, your mom could file a runaway report. This means, if you were to encounter law enforcement, they would legally have to return you home. Now- if there is an open investigation due to know abuse, they would most likely place you with other family or group home. We are not legal experts and each police officer will handle the case different, but we wanted to give a general idea.
It’s important to have a strong support system during this time- and we are happy to hear that you have the support of your boyfriend and his family. It’s also helpful to try and document any abuse right after it happens- this could be done via picture, or reporting it to a trusted adult.

Hi I’m 15 my boyfriend is also 15 I want to live with him and his family. My mom and her boyfriend are very strict about me having a boyfriend so I hid it for a year and my mom boyfriend found out I was texting him and he beat me up and blacked my eye and my ear was bleeding also my right eye was blood shot this was in December my mom and her boyfriend took my out of school and lied I was doing home school which I wasn’t my mom also owes 2500$ to the “online school” my moms boyfriend also has hit me over the head with a frying pan several times and he argues with me and threatens me and my mom doesn’t say anything about it. I don’t feel safe in my home anymore I’m constantly scared of getting beat up again and I want to know if I was to leave and go live with my boyfriend and his family what would happen.
