My gf is turning 18 n am turning 15 I'm gonna ask my mom if she can move in but since she 18 can she move in with me without concent of a adult then since she is a adult

Most states recognize 18 as the age for someone to be considered legally an adult.
In the case of her moving in with you and your mother this sounds like something the three of you would have to discuss.
