hello, my gf is being hurt bot physically and emotionally, her dad tricks her into drinking alcohol and if she realizes what it is her dad makes her take a sip, which she spits out and is grounded for..her mom constantly gults her and teretens to divorce him just because of her because she doesnt clean the whole house..there are many terrible things like that....is there any legal way to move her in with my parents, my mother already agreed it would be fine, but i would much rather do it if her mom didnt know abiut it until she was gone

The things you described sound awful. How old is your girlfriend? While we are not legal experts here, generally speaking it is considered a statute offense to leave home if you are a minor. Her parents could file a police report and have her returned to their home. Also, if she were to stay with you or a friend, whoever is letting her stay there could be charged with harboring a runaway. This isn't always the case since the law can vary city to city, but if you called your local police to make sure they could clear that up for you.
