  • "Running away" at 17

I am 17 years old and live in Texas. My parents recently found out that I am dating a guy that they don't approve of. I am currently applying for jobs to have my own source of income. They have grounded me because of who I'm dating. We got into a screaming match last night where I defended myself as she called me a slut and a whore among many other names. My boyfriend recently proposed to me, and his family is willing to let me move in until we can get our own place. I don't turn 18 for another 11 months. What can I do to get out of my house ASAP before I revert back to unhealthy coping mechanisms?
