I want to move in with my dad

I dont want to live with my mom and I want to move in with my dad. We recently moved and I barely ever see my dad. I dont know how to break it to my mom and I dont think she would even let me move in with him. I dont like where we live or the people. I miss my home and my dad alot. I think I get depressition because of it. My mom isnt that nice to me. She was with a guy that had a daughter and son. His son would always be rude and mean to me. When ever I would say something to her about it she would always defend them and not me. She would scream at me. Please answer I need some advice.
