so, I'm shaking just from typing this. I haven't even hit send and I'm terrified someone is going to find out that I posted this let alone even visited this. Please PLEASE tell me that I can type and ask for help (getting help is another story) without absolutely anyone ever knowing, aside from everyone here. Now, please take into account that even though someone could assure me that they wouldn't tell anyone, well, there are many many ways to track what you've been doing on tech & internet. For example, you can check history (even if you delete it there's still a way to know), every time you visit a website it is recorded and stored somewhere, or someone's phone is notified, if I so much as hit send people can easily track me down in various different ways. Please tell me I am safe here, please tell me nothing's going to happen, that everything is going to be OK if I hit send. I don't know what will happen to me, what I'll do, or if I could take it if I'm wrong. Please don't think I'm being dramatic/over-reacting or asking for attention by saying that.
I'm so sorry, but please, I don't want to say that this is my only hope because by saying that it makes me feel so much more hopeless. And I really feel like I'm doing something wrong.
