Hi, my boyfriend who lives in Texas is in a very unsupportive and abusive home. When he turns 18, we want him to move up here to Oregon with me and my family. I’m not sure how any of this stuff works but I know my family would be okay with it and so would his family. Thank you

Unless there are legal court decisions that make it different but overall you would not have a problem with getting him to Oregon.
