Moving away at 17 with parental consent?

I’ve been searching on the internet for awhile on the legality of moving out at 17(or 17 1/2). I live in Oklahoma, and I make about $1400 a month so financial stability isn’t a worry. I’m going to be 17 1/2 next August.
