I'm thirteen and can't do this anymore

I'm thirteen and I can't live with my parents anymore there driving me insane I just wanna leave or die they constantly yell at me I'm an a and b student and there still always mad my mom has thrown me into so drawers and then jumped on me which dislocated my knee and she said she was going to do it again so I had to jump out of my two story window with a dislocated knee and run to my friends house I have a friend who would probably take me In I just can't live with my parents anymore anyone have advice.
