My parents wont let me and my boyfriend take our daughter with us when we move out

My boyfriend & i both live in austin and have a 3yr old daughter and plan on moving out together once we are done with school and my boyfriends mom owns a house in El paso and everythings paid off nd she said she will give us the house so we can live in it but my parents wont let us take our daughter because they dont trust us sence we just turned 18 and they still think we are kids but we both have jobs nd buy our daughter nd our own things and my boyfriend is more responsible then me sence he had a job way before i did . So if i took her anyways because shes my child could they do anything about it ?? And i also wanted to go with him to visit his family in el paso before we graduate but my parents wont let me and it bothers me how they still wont let me go so can i just go without their consent?
