Nobody is helping me

I have a terrible home life... mom is an alcoholic and dad is abusive, I have contacted cos multiple times about these issues and nothing has happened... my parents have made me look like an attention seeking liar so now nobody believes me, I've ran away 4 times and I always get caught and have been put it jail twice for it... nothing works for me, I've gone to mental hospitals 4 times for self harm and suicide attempts yet still nobody stops anything that's going on in my home. I want to live with an aunt but parents denied my request and banned me from ever contacting any of my other family members again. So now I have no support. I need help, does anyone know how I could be able to move in with a relative without parent consent? Because if I can't then I'm leaving this place for good. Please help -14 year old in need
