Is it safe for me to run away? I've always been afraid to reach out for help due to my father beating me and pulling my hair a lot.

You certainly don't deserve to be treated that way and it's understandable you'd be considering running away from home. If reporting isn't something you're quite ready for, there is also National Safe Place,http://nationalsafeplace.org/. Not all cities offer a safe place program/shelter, but there are several found throughout Florida.
