Lost wallet and Texas driver license. Has since expired...need s.s. card to get picture if, can't get s.s. card w/o picture I'd.i Am lost. Have birth certificate and school records.

From your post to us, it sounds like you have are going through a very hard time right now and seem to be very overwhelmed with everything that is going on.

Now this is not something that we normally deal with, so our knowledge on the subject is very limited. Perhaps you can get in touch with your local county clerk’s office and they might be able to tell you a more solid answer on what is acceptable to obtain your ID and social security card. So it might be helpful for you to ask about that as well.
