I have worked since I was 14 to make up for where my mother failed (and by that, I mean she refused to work and collected social security checks). Everything in my room, I bought. Mattress, decorations, clothes, gaming consoles, books, etc. Because I was under 18 when I bought them, and my wages were technically my mother's, is anything technically mine? Can I take all of it and move out without committng petty theft?

Also, my dad died when I was really young and left furniture to my mom, even though they were divorced. I have texts proving that mom said I could have them, but the will endows them to her. Am I still allowed to take them? They're antiques worth a decent amount of money.

If you worked and used that money to buy your possessions, then they would belong to you. Because the furniture is stated to be hers in the will then it could be hard to prove that it is yours even with the text messages.
