Hi, im running away to usa, help !

If the age of majority in my country is 21, and im 19 travelling to USA, if my parents report me as a runaway, will i be forced to go back? or can i stay in usa? since im 18+
In other words, will i be taken back home or will they be like "nahh shes over 18" , will they go with my country laws, or their laws?
