    Re: Ie it illegal?

Thank you for posting a bulletin. Running away is not typically illegal in most states. If you have ran away before and your parents/guardians have filed a runaway report; they can possibly take actions such as working with counselor and/or youth program or juvenile detention. Have you ran away before? Here are some questions to ask yourself before making your choice:

What else can I do to improve my home situation before I leave?
What would make me stay at home?
    How will I survive?
    Is running away safe?
Who can I count on to help me?
    Am I being realistic?
Have I given this enough thought?
    What are my other options?
If I end up in trouble, who will I call?
When I return home, what will happen?

These questions you may have seen on out webpage. We are a confidential crisis line that is a available 24/7. We can assist with leaving a message with your parent/guardian, conference call with parent/guardian to help facilitate/mediate conversation and other programs. We has have a message services where you are able to leave a contructive message and your parents can do the same. You are welcomed that you were to call in and we can go into. You are able to call at anytime. We look forward from hear for you.
