Im 17 years old i have a child thats in my care but im in foster care but i ran away

I was living in a group home and I ran away with my child I'm a ward of the state I just heard that they have posters out of me what do I do they say missing but I'm OK I'm safe and so is my son what advice do you guys have for me I don't know what to do and if they find me what happens to me and my child
