  • Running away from Alabama to California legal questions!!!

So the legal age for Alabama is 19. Right now i am living with my mother. I am currently planning to move out to California in a couple months once i turn 18 and I will be living with my dad, who's in California. I am writing thos post to ask will she still have legal right over me once i moved go California? And is it legal for a 18 years old to fly alone from Alabama's airport? The minority law of this state is getting me confused. Please help! Will she able to press charged against me if i were to do this once I get to California? I dont want to be forced to move back to Alabama by the federal police. Please help!
