running away at 16 Europe to U.S.

Could authorities take action over any case from running away to the United States from Germany? I am 16 and am don't speak German putting me years behind in school here. this is because my parents can't enroll me into an English speaking school. so I feel the need to move to the US with my boyfriend that is a legal adult, so that I may pursue my educational career in hopes of making it into a university. I have been kicked out from my father's house in the states resulting for me living in Germany with my mother.
Is this illegal and could I get in trouble.
