I'm 16, about to graduate, and want to run away after i graduate.

i'm a foster kid and was removed from my friends home and moved to a city 30 minutes away. the last 2 months of my senior year. i intend to graduate from this new school and after, run away back to my friends. i want to know how hard would the state look for me and what would happen if i were caught.
