17 with a nearly 1 year old! Need advice!

My daughter is nearly one and is currently down south with her father as I live in Manchester and we are no longer together. He's lied to me about multiple things even though we had an agreement Of conditions for her to go down. I've told him I'm picking her up tomorrow because he's lied to me. I then said he has 5-6 hours with her tomorrow as that's how long it'll take me to get down there, and he said "that gives me a 5-6 hours head start" and then said he "was joking and wouldn't run away with her".. THATS STILL A THREAT TO RUN AWAY WITH HER ISN'T IT? Is there anything legal I can do against him?
