16 and pregnant on probation and a runaway

Hi,im 16 and i am in cps in a group home and im on probation for assault but it was deferred,i get off in feb, but i recently found out i am pregnant so i ran away becaise my case worker said if i was ever pregnant they would take my baby away until i am 18...i really need to go to the doctor for prenatap care for my baby....what will happen if i go...can they see that i violated probation and im a runaway...what do i do?? Please help!
