how doin stay out of legal trouble for leaving at 16 in CA

I'm Gonna be 16 in January I plan on leaving without my parents consent because my house isn't a safe environment and my dad has real mental issues and watches teen porn and my grandpa is just about as bad my boyfriend of a year and a half is 17 and he plans on helping me get out and his mother is fine with him leaving wherever he has to with me is there any possible way I can live with his mother without my parents consent I live in california and I know the 3 ways to get emancipated here but my parents won't consent to it , I'm underage for military and to get married at our age my parents would have to give consent to it and we would have to have a court hearing my mother would give me permission to it but they're divorced and she will be leaving unexpectedly from this house as well (they still live together because of messed up paperwork with her name) She told me to do whatever I have to to get out of this house when she's gone and that my safety comes before school and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get out I just need some help
