i need advice fast! please help!

i'm 18 and i live in illinois.
here's my problem, im a ward of the state and in foster care. my foster parents and dcfs are putting me under so much stress that im becoming very much so depressed. i have a family that i have known for a while now, their like a second family to me. if i run away from my foster home and go live there will the cops get involved or will they take me away and force me to live in this horrible foster house? me being 18 i don't think they can do anything about it but so far nobody will help me and my sadness is getting worse by the day and i'm afraid it will get to a point where i give up and i don't want it to get to that point. i would be much happier with my friends and i'm literally two seconds from running away. please help
