What happens to a juvenile runaway after she/he turns 18 in Wisconsin?

  • #2
    RE:Questions

    Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We are not legal experts but we can speak generally. Once you turn 18 a runaway report would no longer be valid and they wouldn’t be forced back home. Their parents, however, could file a missing persons report if they have not heard from them. Hoped this helped. Feel free to call us 24/7 at 1-800-RUNAWAY. We are confidential and anonymous. Good luck.
