    RE: I need help leaving

    Hello,

Thank you writing into the National Runaway Safeline bulletin board, we are always here to listen and help in any way that we can. From your email it sounds like things might be really bad for you at home to want to run away. What kinds of things have been going on that is making you think about running away?

Unfortunately, there are not any organizations or agencies that will “help people runaway” from their homes that we know of. If you are considering runaway, we would suggest that you give us a call into our 24hour hotline (1.800.RUNAWAY) for a more immediate response, as well as connect you to some resources that we might have on hand. If you do runaway and find yourself without a place to stay you can always get into touch with us (toll-free so you can even us a payphone) to provide you with a shelter. Another service that we offer here at the NRS is our chat room which is offered from 4:30pm to 11:30pm/CST (www.1800RUNAWAY.org). If you feel more comfortable with that opinion we are more than welcome to contact us through that.

Look forward to talking with you and best of luck.

    I need help leaving

Are there any organizations that help people runaway?(no offense!) I need someone to provide a distraction for 2-4 hours. And no, I don't have any "friends" or "family" that will help. They're either, A. The ones I'm trying to get away from, or B. Too worried about getting in trouble to save two lives.
