I'm 18. Can my family MAKE me come home?

Sunday, my grandparents gave me the option of staying with them and respecting what they want or to pack my bags. they never let me do anything. I can't see friends. I can't go outside. I go to school, come home and do everything they ask, eat, and sit in my room. I was constantly depressed. The only people who were there for me and encouraged me to do good, they didn't want me near them. So, I was constantly depressed. I packed my bags and left. So if they don't want me gone, can they force me to come back?
