Can they catch me if i run away

Im 19 and ive been in the restaurant business since i was 16.
I am now a souschef and since then ive raised a lot of money.
Enough money to leave Canada and find a low rent place in Australia.
I cant stand living with this guy I refuse to call my father.
I just want to know if he or my mom will be able to track and find me if i run away

That’s a pretty amazing accomplishment to be a souchef at 19 years old. Congratulations! NRS is located in the United States and all of our informational resources are for the US. Most states in the United States, consider people 18+ to be adults and therefore are free to move as they please and are not considered to be running away if they leave. Have you tried calling your local police to find out the laws in your area? They might be best in helping you with this issue.
