verbally abusive parents

I am 17, 18 in february, I have had a lot of mental issues before due to my parents, I was baker acted just a year ago, it got better and now it is worse than it was then, I don't know what to do I am struggling because I am being constantly belittled at home, cussed at, called a screw up, etc. My step mom makes me sit in my room on my bed no tv no book or anything bc she doesn't even want to look at me, she purposefully made me late to school so I would get lunch detention, she tells me she doesn't even wanna look at me or talk to me and continues to bash me every 5 seconds, I just don't think I can mentally or physically take anymore at this point, I cant even do my homework because she is constantly yelling at me causing me to have panic attacks and even physically get sick so I do not know what to do
