I want to run away from my family who i feel like dont care for me everytime i try to do something its always my fault i want to escape to a place where i wont be hurt.

Many schools have counselors to discuss issues with as well as the National Runaway Safeline. We even offer 3 way calls between you, your parents and we would act as a mediator on your call.
