Firstly, talking about things like this with people you trust is almost always helpful. In addition to contacting us, you could see if you could meet with your school counselor. They can help either adjust your living situation or help you feel better living in it. Talking to trusted family members or other adults might help, too.

You might consider telling your other parent how you feel. It's possible they already know. When parents get divorced it can be complicated who you stay with, and making changes can sometimes cost them a lot of money that they simply don't have, even if they love you and want to make a change.

Even if it seems scary, it must also be worth talking to your mom about why you haven't been liking living with her. It's possible she will want to listen and make changes so you can feel better at home.
