It sounds like your parents have been telling you to be happy all the time (which isn't realistic... everyone is stress or sad some of the time) but aren't giving you the emotional support and freedom to make that happen. When parents call our problems 'dramatic' if can often feel belittling, guilt-tripping, and frustratingly invalidating. Your experiences-- good and bad-- are real. We're sorry to hear the people around you aren't taking you seriously.

Running away when you're under 18 can be really hard. There aren't a lot of supports in place to help out people who do run away, and even when your home environment isn't your preferred place to be, the laws and people who enforce them usually try to bring people back to the home they're 'supposed' to be in. It might be worth seeing if you can stay there for a few days at a time, which could be more doable.
